Fast and detailed construction cost planning
AK31 Lab prepares detailed construction estimates for contractors, developers, property owners and project teams. We work from architectural and technical drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and the other information available for the project. The estimate is organized by trade, stage or construction element so that the scope can be reviewed, priced and compared without losing important details.
Each line can include the description of work, unit of measurement, quantity, material, labour, equipment, unit rate and subtotal. We identify missing information, duplicated scope and items that require confirmation instead of hiding uncertainty inside one total. This gives the client a practical basis for budgeting, tender preparation, subcontractor comparison and commercial discussions.
A structured workflow keeps quantities, rates, assumptions and source references traceable from the first take-off to the final total. Delivery time depends on project size and document quality; scope, level of detail and deadline are agreed before work begins. The estimate is supplied in a clear spreadsheet or another agreed format, ready for budgeting, tendering or contractor comparison.
Where local rules require an officially certified estimate, prescribed form or authorised signature, that formal verification must be arranged separately. AK31 Lab does not present an analytical commercial estimate as a statutory certification.
A faster route from drawings to budget
We handle quantity take-off, cost structure and open assumptions for you. A detailed, traceable estimate reduces hours spent assembling spreadsheets, helps compare contractor offers on the same basis and exposes omissions before they become expensive changes on site.
