AK31 Lab combines aerial imaging, FPV production and handheld thermography in one coordinated service. A DJI Mini 4 Pro is used for stable exterior views of roofs, façades, gutters, chimneys, solar installations and construction sites. A DJI Avata 2 adds controlled FPV routes through suitable interiors, warehouses, production areas and commercial spaces. Ground footage from DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and GoPro HERO13 Black completes the story with close details, process shots and point-of-view sequences.

For construction and property work, we can document visible defects in roofing membranes, flashings, joints, penetrations, drainage points and other difficult-to-access areas. Repeated flights from comparable positions provide a clear record of progress, handover condition or changes after storms and repair work. The material can support contractors, owners, property managers and insurers, while remaining a visual record rather than a structural, cadastral or engineering certification.

The UNI-T UTi720A thermal camera adds close-range inspection of heat loss, thermal bridges, insulation irregularities, windows, doors, heating circuits, electrical panels, HVAC equipment, motors and solar-system components. Thermography reveals temperature patterns and potential anomalies; suspected moisture, leaks or electrical faults must be confirmed with appropriate measurements or a qualified specialist. The handheld camera is not mounted on the drone, so aerial visual inspection and ground thermography are performed as complementary stages.

Every assignment is planned around the location, airspace, people, weather and the client's purpose. Deliverables may include high-resolution photographs, edited horizontal and vertical video, FPV sequences, thermal images with temperature markers and a structured report identifying observations and priorities. The same visit can produce both technical documentation and polished promotional content, giving the client practical evidence and reusable media without arranging separate crews.
