Terms of Electronic Services
Last updated: 29.10.2026
§1. Service provider
The service provider is AK31 Sp. z o.o., ul. Nowogrodzka 31/330, 00-511 Warszawa, Poland. Registry court: Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego. KRS 0001189918, NIP 7011273900, REGON 542503916. Share capital: PLN 5,000. Contact: ak31ltd@gmail.com or by post to the registered office. AK31 Lab is a trade name of AK31 Sp. z o.o.
§2. Electronic services
Free electronic services include browsing the website, using the form that prepares a WhatsApp message, starting the SoundCloud player by clicking, and managing cookie settings. Opening the WhatsApp link transfers the entered data to WhatsApp. AK31 receives the message only after you send it. External services are also governed by their providers’ terms.
§3. Technical requirements
Browsing requires an Internet-connected device and a current browser supporting HTTPS. Interactive functions require JavaScript. WhatsApp requires access to that service. External media may require consent to the relevant technologies. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent basic browsing.
§4. Unlawful content
You must not provide unlawful content, material infringing third-party rights, malware or spam. You must not disrupt the website. Only provide materials that you are entitled to use.
§5. Formation and termination
The agreement for a free electronic service begins when you start using the relevant function. It ends when you stop using it, for example by closing the page, form or player. Cookie preferences may remain stored as described in the privacy policy. Browsing and preparing a WhatsApp draft do not order a paid service.
§6. Risks of electronic services
Internet use involves risks including phishing, malware, impersonation and unauthorised access to data. Keep your browser updated and check website addresses and links. When you activate an external service, its provider may receive the data described in the privacy policy. This information is provided under Article 6 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
§7. Complaints
Send complaints to ak31ltd@gmail.com or by post to the registered office. Include, where possible, the problem, affected function, date and contact details for our reply. No special form is required. We reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.
§8. Main services
Websites, advertising, AI solutions, music, cost estimating and other commercial services are supplied under an individual offer or agreement. Before contracting, we agree the scope, final price, schedule, payment, materials, rights to results and any external costs. Consumers receive the legally required information and contract confirmation on a durable medium. The information below concerns distance contracts.
§9. Applicable law
Polish law applies. This choice does not deprive consumers of protection under mandatory legal provisions, particularly applicable rules of their country of habitual residence.
Consumer information — right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Send a clear withdrawal statement to ak31ltd@gmail.com or the registered office. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient. Use of the model form is optional.
Following withdrawal, we refund payments due without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the statement. We use the original payment method unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method without additional costs.
If a consumer expressly requests that a service start before the withdrawal period ends and then withdraws, they pay for the part performed before withdrawal. The amount is proportionate to the service provided, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act. Statutory exemptions from payment remain applicable.
For a paid service, withdrawal rights expire after full performance only if the statutory conditions are met. These include prior express consent and acknowledgement, after being informed, of losing that right. Where an offer includes digital content, we explain the separate delivery and withdrawal rules before contracting.
Model withdrawal form
This model corresponds to Annex 2 to the Polish Consumer Rights Act. Complete and send it only if you wish to withdraw.
